Our customer is one of the top 3 global operators active in Vendor Finance, with an asset portfolio of over 36 billion euros and presence in over 30 countries. 

Challenge 

The Client asked LUTECH support to replace all their core operational platforms of core converging towards a single integrated platform for the coverage of all operational and financial processes and for al the fulfillments in terms of Financial Regulatory Compliance

Solution

LUTECH has established a project based upon the configuration and roll-out of its vertical solution named FORWARD © 3000, by means of which LUTECH rolled out a single and integrated platform covering all the operational processes of Back office and Front office. Main areas of intervention: 

• multi-channel and multi-product portfolio management 
• total integration between management events and accounting management according to IFRS and Local Gaap standards 
• integrated management of contractual life cycle management processes 
• compliance: obligations towards all Supervisory Institutions and the Bank of Italy 
• Full Support of the dealer network for the origination and underwriting processes of leasing and lending contracts, with specific focus on paperless leasing, KYC and digital contract, favoring the joint commercial action of the various Business Units on Corporate and SME customers
• integration with corporate risk processes according to BASEL EU guidelines 
• responsive and mobile-ready WEB solution for operational users and dealers
